Denise, founder of Om Retreats recently visited the Lotus Farm in Sonoma County, in Northern California; she went to a retret with Yoga Escapes and Free People. 

Katie Silcox, author of “Healthy Happy Sexy” Ayurveda Wisdom for modern women, was the yoga instructor, and mama guru - she’s absolutely wonderful.

It was a weekend of self discovery and exploring new ways to honor Mama Earth and be good to our body, mind and soul with exercise, healthy food, laughter and rest.
