Rosemary has been teaching yoga for ten years, she’s certified in Ananda, Yin and Restorative Viniyoga; in her practice, she combines all methods of yoga plus Pilates in a very creative manner, each class is completely different so you never get bored.
She works with people that have suffered injuries or are recovering from surgery. She’s intuitive and tailors to each individual’s body type and needs.
Before she discovered yoga she trained as body builder, she’s very aware of every muscle functioning and joints, so she takes you from asana to asana with total knowledge of the pose and benefits and she explains it along the way, so your work-out is totally mindful.

Jackie is a native of Coatzacoalcos, Ver. Mexico; an artist, photographer and painter who through her travels and adventures have learn different types of healing arts. Among them Janzu an aquatic body work therapy use for deep relaxation; it’s characterized by one-on-one sessions in which a practitioner gently cradles, moves, stretches, and massages a receiver in chest-deep water, aligning her spine. She also is a Shiatsu, and reflexology massage therapist with over 10 years of experience and amazing healing hands.
Abbe Kanter Jaye
An artist in every sense of the word. Abbe is a singer, performer, song writer and in love with life. She has studied under noted healer David Elliot, who has develop a system of using Pranayama Breath for healing purposes.
Abbe takes this knowledge and guides you into a level of consciousness where you connect to your higher self through pure breathing of Prana, the energy force.
Abbe conducts a 90 min. group Breath Circle Meditation every month in Valley Glen and she also offers private sessions.
